1 Why should I sign up with Erickson Web Designs?
If you've ever wanted to be on the web with your own website you have essentially 2 choices:

	do it yourself or
	pay someone else to do it for you.

I'm offering to do it for you. I believe you should not have to pay thousands for that privilege. For less than what others charge I can put you on the web in a matter of days - all for about less than one client session fee.

	No charge for creating your website.
	Free updates.
	Search engine submissions are FREE
	Domain registrations are also FREE
	Email forwarding - FREE
	No charge for additional pages
	Images and downloaded forms for your visitors are posted for FREE
	Frankly, I don't charge additional for just about everything you will need to have your own website.

No one else will create YOUR website for only $40/mo¹ - this literally costs you less than one client session!

2 I don't know a lot about computers. Can I just fax or mail you my documents and give you a list of what I want?
Yes you can. Emailed documents are a lot easier for me so I much rather you send it to me via email attachments. However, if you absolutely can't you are welcome to fax or mail me your information - to fax or mail see the Contact page. Please keep in mind, if I have to edit your documents it will take extra time and I will get to it as time permits. Based on what I receive I may charge a per page fee to defray my time to redo your documents - if so I will contact you first.

3 I don't have email (or a computer), can I still have a website?
Yes. In such cases you may have to use someone else's computer to see your website as it is being created for you. Once completed, if you don't have email, I can mail you your invoices and other information (additional processing fees apply).

4 I'm interested in other features to add to my website, like selling my book I published, can I do that?
Yes, this can be arranged - please contact me directly.

5 Do you offer a newsletter I can post on my website for visitors to read? Or a newsletter I can email to my referral sources, clients and other professionals?
Not at this time. However, it is something that every once in a while someone asks about. If there are enough who desire this option I can check into adding this additional feature as an option. Please contact me if you are interested.

6 Can I have online appointment scheduling for my clients/patients?
This is an add-on feature that can be arranged for an additional monthly fee. Please contact me if you are interested.

7 Can I have clients/patients make online payments?
This is also an add-on feature that can be arranged for an additional monthly fee. Please contact me if you are interested.

8 How long does it take once I sign up?
If I can register your domain right away I've launched sites in as little as 9 hours - but that's not the norm. Typically, it takes 24-48 hours. Then it is up to you to provide the content.
